Drink revises leave credits filing
Drink is always on the lookout for making our systems better and creating the best possible workplace for employees. In 2022, we fully transitioned to a work-from-home or work-from- anywhere set-up to keep up with the changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
This 2023, we further improved our working arrangements through the revision of our leave credits filing. What does this entail?
Starting this year, Drink will no longer need employees to classify leaves into either vacation, sick, emergency, or birthday leave.
Employees can use their leave credits for whatever reason that may be necessary.
This makes it easier for employees to take a break from work without worrying if they still have remaining leaves for a particular classification.
We also revised the number of leaves per ranking:
Previous years | 2023 | ||
Staff | 14 | → | 18 |
Junior | 14 | → | 20 |
Senior | 18 | → | 25 |
Managerial | 24 | → | 28 |
Executive | 34 | → | 38 |
Taking care of employees is a facet of sustainability, and for this, Drink will continuously research and implement measures for a better workplace.
Work from anywhere, in your own time
Apart from improving our systems for leave filing, we
also started implementing a more flexible work schedule. Under this new policy:
Employees can work as early as 6:00 AM and can end work at 10:00 PM as long as they serve the required 8 hours of work per day.
We implemented this policy to help employees face the demands of juggling work, family, and personal obligations. This scheme provides employees with increased flexibility for their work schedules while allowing Drink to maintain a progressive and productive work environment.
