For Project Management Head Kad de Guzman, being close to nature and living away from the city bring her peace. She works from home at Siargao Island, known as the “Surfing Capital of the Philippines.” Drink’s online setup allows her to continue outdoor activities while working as the head of the company’s Project Management department. 

Kad stresses how time management is key to attaining work-life balance. At the start of each day, she checks her lineup of meetings to see whether she has time to surf, skate, or practice yoga. Thanks to time management, she still finishes all her daily tasks.

    – Responsible for the overall visual style and imagery in projects assigned.
    – Tasked to create the overall design and direct others who develop certain materials for the project (e.g., production team, photographers, and videographers).
